Best place to stay for big family or with friends Positive: Clean, plenty of room amenities were great...and easy instructions Negative: Everything was great

Positive: Loved all the bedrooms & bathrooms. Had fun with games in basement. Host was friendly and helpful when we called him. Great location Negative: The furnace was not working. It was -14° outside and was so cold in the house when we got there. We turned thermostat up & waited, nothing happened. Sat in kitchen & played cards with jackets, heated vests & blankets on to stay warm. Host came 1st time around 9 pm & thought he fixed it. Quit a few minutes after he left, so called him again. He returned about an hour later with another man and they stayed & worked on it for maybe an hour. Ended up being the exhaust pipe was frozen which is under the back deck. Furnace ran all night and worked fine after that. Was thankful for the extra blankets in the closets. Needed a book with instructions on how to run TV and check out procedure instead of sending an email your last night

Great place, space, and plan to stay again. Positive: My family loved the house. Lots of room, comfortable , a bedroom for everyone, totally met our needs. Did miss the muffins though. 😉 Grandson found the “arcade” in the basement, was in seventh heaven! Negative: No one shoveled the snow from the path, steps and deck.

Great hosts, spacious, clean, quiet, fun, central location and a great value Positive: Excellent hosts, great communication before, during and after our stay. The property lists four bedrooms and five queen beds, but the configuration of the room with two queen beds means it pretty much functions as two separate bedrooms. We had six people, so the three bathrooms were really helpful. Lots of room for everyone to spread out. Big TVs. Foosball, Arcade games for golf, Galaga, and Ms. Pac-Man (yes, Ms. Pac-man!). Kitchen was well-equipped. Entire house was very clean. Quiet, central neighborhood, just one block off Minnesota Ave, which is one of the main north-south arteries in the city. Negative: This is ridiculously small nit. One sheet on one of the five beds had some holes in it. There were lots of towels and one towel had some makeup stains on it. Again, these are basically insignificant issues.

Overall a good stay Positive: Clean and could accommodate our whole family Negative: The outside area was fair and neighborhood not the best: But overall it was good
